I inform leadership decision makign and facilitate multidisciplinary and system collaboration to help the organisation innovate by meeting customer needs and business goals. It's cool because Poste is an omnichanel company going from postal services to communications, logistics, and financial and insurance services throughout Italy.

Adjunct Professor @ LUMSA University

I teach lean innovation, human centred design and design thinking. I lead students throught the process of creating experiences that achieve social impact. I also support and mentor students research and exploring creative ideas for their dissertation.
