I love helping people nurture and grow their creativity
I always had projects beyond my design career that allowed me to inspire, teach and connect designers, creatives and innovators.
This brought me to teach design, mentor designers, organise community events, publish a podcast and recently a book.
I also gave talks at the intersection of mindfulness, design and sustainability. Contact me if you would like me to give a talk at your event.
Mindful Design book
I wrote a book at the intersection of mindfulness and design. It’s a set of questions and thoughts to help creatives be aware of their minds during their process, projects and career so they can be more intentional, confident and impactful.
Get the he book in Italian or contact me for a English copy.
Design, in Confidence podcast
I also published a podcast at the intersection of mindfulness and design. I share my anecdotes and thoughts on how mindfulness helped me better deal with my mental health on projects and my design career.

Teaching
I taught UX/UI, Visual and Service Design at Link University, University Art of London and RED academy.
Currently, I am an adjunct professor at LUMSA University where I teach interaction design and social innovation.
I guide students through their project work, where they explore a business idea, define it and validate it.
I also mentor and guide students one-to-one helping them develop a project or explore a subject for the dissertation.

Mentoring
I was a mentor on ADPList, where I helped 70+ designers from 24 countries with the projects, portfolios and career. It has been an amazing experience and their reviews are more than flattering.
Parenting, university and a full-time job have unfortunately makes challenging to be available for more mentoring.
